Hi I’m taking a high school photography class, I am looking at cameras, within a certain price range. I have found this camera (link below) and I was wondering if this camera has f-stop’s and shutter speeds
and if you had any side comments about this camera please let me know. I want to get the best camera for this price! Thankyou!

It does.
It is a fully adjustable dSLR.
My guess this and many of your other questions would be answered if you were to just visit a proper camera store and hold the camera in your hands and use its various controls
